References to “Fairlux”, “we” or “us” in these terms mean MALDEN LTD.

What Fairlux is

Fairlux is a fashion discovery service. We index products sold by third-party retailers and help you find pieces that match your requirements. We are not a shop: when you buy, your contract is with the retailer, on their terms, at the price shown on their site.

Prices and availability

We refresh retailer data regularly, but prices, stock and product details can change between our last update and your click. The retailer’s own listing is always authoritative. We accept no liability for differences between what we display and what a retailer offers.

Affiliate disclosure

Links from Fairlux to retailers may be affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission if you make a purchase, at no additional cost to you. Commission never affects ranking or inclusion of products.

Acceptable use

You may not scrape, bulk-download or resell the content of this site, attempt to disrupt the service, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Intellectual property

The Fairlux name, wordmark and original editorial content are ours. Product names, images and trademarks belong to their respective retailers and brands and are used to identify the products concerned.

Liability

The site is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude liability for loss arising from use of the site, save that nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law
